RebelMouse is seeking a full-time Customer Success Coordinator. This is an entry-level opportunity offering valuable experience and potential, while working with enterprise media and brand websites. The main objective of this role is to support the VP of Customer Success in engaging and supporting RebelMouse clients as part of the new Customer Success Team.
Your reliability, responsiveness, and communication skills will be critical to our success. You’ll interact with our clients (digital media publishers and brands) and partners when they’re at their most appreciative, and help find solutions when they’re frustrated. Assists in the preparation and delivery of work orders and other agreements
Records and manages client communication and project details in the client database
Takes meeting/call notes and tracks follow-up tasks
Creates and updates reports from client data
Communicates clearly through calls, emails, and documents, and responds to client requests
Develops knowledge in web technology and content strategy to become an informed resource
Effectively communicates about RebelMouse and our services to a variety of client types
Converts notes and disparate information into well-organized content
Provides editorial review for important emails and proposal documents
Establishes trust through honesty and reliability in all client interactions
Provides ongoing scheduling and task management support for the VP of Customer Success
Develops skills necessary to eventually independently handle internal and customer situations as warranted by performance and conditions
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience working in a professional business setting
Ability to work productively and efficiently from home
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail
Strong people skills: positive attitude and ability to work well with a variety of personalities
Previous experience in a client-facing role preferred
Prior exposure to media, marketing, and digital is a plus but not required
Familiarity with Google productivity products (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.), as well as client management platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, etc.), is helpful but not required
Ability to be flexible and perform other duties as assigned
