Role Summary

This role is one of the key components of our company's continued growth — bringing new customers onboard! As an Inside Sales Manager at RebelMouse, you will be responsible for growing the top of the sales funnel by generating and tracking leads, completing outreach through phone, email, and other mediums (such as LinkedIn messaging), scheduling qualified meetings for sales executives, and managing an existing team of inside sales reps.

RebelMouse’s Inside Sales Manager will be involved in all aspects of the department’s function, from the groundwork that’s required to launch outreach campaigns, to the coaching of direct reports that are always looking to improve, to the reporting on the progress and results of the inside sales team to management.

Responsibilities

  • Research target companies that are a fit for RebelMouse

  • Identify and source leads at target companies that are appropriate for conversations about RebelMouse and making business-level decisions

  • Engage leads through email, phone, social media, and other channels

  • Generate and coordinate qualified initial meetings for sales executives

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on account-based selling plans and outreach campaigns

  • Manage a small, existing team of inside sales representatives working toward the same goals

  • Report on daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly goal attainment and other insightful metrics for the inside sales team

  • Research, evaluate, and implement new sales tools and methods to improve existing processes



Job requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales, prospecting for new business in an inside sales role

  • Experience with SaaS B2B products (e.g., content management system) and/or working at creative/digital agencies or startups

  • Skilled at cold calling and email communication

  • Creative ability to experiment and come up with different sales tactics and messaging

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Demonstrable and proven track record of generating strong inside sales results

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, ambiguous environment with multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change

  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce), industry-standard sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Lusha), and Google products (Chat, Docs, Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Slides)

  • Reliable high-speed internet access

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
