Role Summary

RebelMouse is providing an exciting opportunity to candidates with a love for technology and the ability to understand and address the needs and desires of prospective customers, ranging from CTOs to non-technical users. You’ll engage these audiences, define problems, and shape solutions that leverage RebelMouse products and services to bring new client opportunities to life.

  • Work closely with our sales team providing support through the sales process to shorten sales cycles and improve close rates

  • Tell stories that inspire passion and amplify our product in a way that resonates with CTOs and tech teams, helping them to understand that RebelMouse enables personnel rather than replaces them

  • Establish yourself as an expert and thought leader by developing deep knowledge of our product, industry, client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape

  • Create and tailor professional presentations and proposals that speak to the needs of our audience by making complex topics accessible and compelling through video, webcasts, and written word to help them understand our product’s capabilities and benefits

  • Customize sandbox environments to create customized demos to convey the platform’s ability to address specific requirements provided by customers

  • Present and demo our product to prospective clients and partners to drive sales opportunities further

  • Become knowledgeable enough on scoping details to own project scoping for simple projects, as well as isolate key scope items that require further review from the Service Delivery team to help minimize their involvement in the sales process

  • Maintain accurate lead and account records adhering to all required processes and workflows

  • Participate with leadership in the strategic development of initiatives to identify product enhancements which may improve client appeal, process flow, overall industry reputation, and financial performance

  • Prioritize tasks to meet business goals, grow the client base, and complete other tasks as assigned in a timely and accurate manner; attention to detail is key

  • Communicate in a prompt manner internally and externally; be available to work during U.S. and European time zones as needed

Job requirements


  • 3+ years experience in technical sales and product demonstrations

  • Proven record of explaining new, disruptive solutions — both the strategic benefits and practical use cases

  • Demonstrated presentation, webcast, and video recording expertise, as well as sales and marketing material design skills

  • Mastery of Google Apps (e.g., Chat, Docs, Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Slides)

  • Reliable high-speed internet access

  • Proficient at understanding web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3

  • Familiar with JavaScript

  • Fluency in written and spoken English


  • Well-versed at making site performance optimizations

  • Knowledgeable about search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, page performance optimization, and Google’s Core Web Vitals

  • Experienced with responsive and adaptive design

  • Skilled at ads setup, Google AMP, Facebook Instant Articles, and Apple News

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
