As RebelMouse new Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving success for our customers using our enterprise CMS platform. You will take lead in client communications in order to give them a seamless experience while exceeding their expectations, finding new growth potential, upsell opportunities and renewals. You will also be passionate about understanding our product and your clients’ business goals, and collaborate with strategy and engineering team to help achieve them. Being primary contact for new and existing clients
Build and foster relationships with clients that leads to annual renewals and upsells
Lead check-in meetings with clients to ensure that we’re continuously making progress with their site build or performance
Proactively communicate with the clients and team to manage expectations and provide project status updates
Ensure clients are appropriately communicated with
Supervise the performance of our team and clients
Be the face of the company to answer questions while being an advocate for your client and team
Help with daily tasks related to the management of your client and team
+4 years of experience working in client services department as an Account Manager
Experience with SaaS B2B product and/or working in creative, digital agencies or startups
Proven track record of managing digital projects collaborating with strategy, product, software engineering teams
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage multiple clients and stakeholders, being efficient with your time, calendar, deadlines and tasks
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills - not only for clients relations but also ability to articulate complex thoughts and instructions in written form
Motivated by helping others and passionate about achieving business goals for clients
Commitment to not only fulfill daily tasks but also great at thinking about how to add value and grow our team long-term
Confidence, curiosity, self-organization, preference to work in a self-directed way with a high degree of motivation to set and achieve ambitious goals
Ability to thrive in fast-moving work environments
Fluency in written and spoken English
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Website best practices, audience development and growth marketing
Experience working with high traffic and/or high value website builds
Experience with Jira (or other similar Product Management Software)
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
