Your responsibilities as Strategic Account Manager:

As Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving success for our customers with the RebelMouse platform and helping customers achieve their goals. You will set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements and articulate their needs in collaboration with the engineering and development team. You are going to collaborate with your team daily over asynchronous channels like email and Gchat, and weekly over live video syncs.

Job requirements

  • +3 years of experience in account management

  • Solid experience with customer support (preferably with a SaaS product and web agencies)

  • Expertise in high traffic and/or high value website builds

  • Working experience collaborating with software engineers and developers

  • Ability to handle difficult situations, remaining empathetic and guiding customers to efficient solutions

  • Passionate about revenue and achieving business goals for clients

  • Ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions

  • Confidence, curiosity, self-organization, preference to work in a self-directed way with a high degree of motivation to set and achieve ambitious goals.

  • Good communication skills not only for clients relations but also ability to articulate complex thoughts and instructions in written form.

  • Motivated by helping others


As a nice plus:

  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media & Strategy, Website best practices

  • Experience with Jira (or other similar Product Management Software)

  • Working experience in startup and/or ability to thrive in fast-moving work environments
